個人簡介：
烏爾里希?普茨博士，1982畢業于德國波恩大學并取得物理學博士學位；
1982-1984德國ABB公司 從事電腦系統和軟件開發工作；
1984-1990 德國西門子公司 從事自動化及工業工程相關領域的領導工作。
1991-2016德國西門子公司旗下子公司真空熔煉公司 副總裁，主要從事領域：磁性材料的產品開發和運營。
2017年至今普茨博士以專業咨詢師的身份，致力于為相關領域企業提供優質的公司策略規劃，企業發展，產品設計及供應鏈，成本管理，供應鏈等方面的專業咨詢服務。
參加人員：全校師生，特別邀請研究生/留學生/卓越工程師班同學參加。

Personal Introduction：
Dr. Ulrich Pütz received his doctor's degree in major of Physics from University of Bonn in 1982. From 1982 to 1984 he served in the Installations Division at Brown Boveri & Cie,(now known as ABB) and worked on the Technical Computer Systems and Software Design (MRP, CAD, Process Control). Since 1984 worked Dr. Pütz at Siemens AG in Plant for Peripheral Devices, focused on the Industrial Engineering and Automation. His further career has been fully devoted into the Magnetic Products at Vacuumschmelze GmbH & Co KG, a famous subsidiary corporation of Siemens, as vice president, he possessed the operation of this company in its Product development, Product- and Process Technology, Cost Management, Productivity and Lean Production. Now Dr. Pütz focuses on working as independent consultant and continues providing various consulting genres such as Strategy and Marketing, Innovation and Technology, Profitability, as well as Products and Processes.
